Fall Community Fundraiser Shredding Event

Last year we were able to collect over 500+ books and received over $1000 in donations for CHATS.

EVENT DETAILS:

We will be hosting an outdoor social distancing fundraiser. At this event, clients show up for their designated time slots with all their unwanted documents to shred. All we ask is for a donation towards our charity of choice, CHATS.

Location is to be determined. It will be in either the Markham or Richmond Hill area. This information will be shared by email and not publicly as we have limited time slots.

CHATS is a not-for-profit organization, advocating for and delivering high-quality, person-centred home and community services to older adults and caregivers living in York Region and South Simcoe.

WHO IS THIS EVENT GREAT FOR ?

This event is to help people wanting to downsize get prepared. We would like to help downsizers declutter their home by shredding as many unwanted documents for FREE! This event is also open to the community, our clients, and seniors

HOW TO TAKE PART:

· Each Client will sign up for a 30-min time slot to bring their papers for secure on-site shredding. There will be around 40 spaces available. 

HOW TO BECOME A SPONSOR:

· We are looking for one sponsor in each of our three products or services or categories. These exclusive sponsorships are on a first-come-first-served basis.
