Join Hilda Gan, People Bright Consulting and Chris Charette, Sentia for an informative session about Navigating the Work from Home Experience. We will explore topics such as:
- How COVID 19 has changed Working Remotely
- The importance of effective communication
- Tips and Strategies on how to maintain productivity, supervision and employee motivation remotely
- How do we keep our systems protected from external cyber threats, desire for more cybersecurity awareness training
- What tools are available to enhance productivity at home – Video Conferencing apps (a move from Skype to Teams), online collaboration tools like Yammer
- The need for added network security such as multi-factor authentication or two-factor authentication
- There may be a need for additional endpoint security licenses for employee devices
