Most of what we do each day is habitual, no thought required. Sometimes these same habits may be causing us pain or discomfort yet they are so ingrained that it never occurs to us to do them differently. Changing our habits forces us to consciously think about what and how we are doing something, a real brain and body exercise.

Habits usually make life easier.  But sometimes they are no longer beneficial and become excruciatingly difficult to change. That is where I can help. Join me for a six week workshop in which we will explore all the different ways you can move each part of your body. Discover ways to move which feel different, better, and likely make you feel stronger, more balanced as well.
