OCC Skills Bridge

Are you interested in free online training in areas like Customer Service, Equity Diversity and Inclusion, digital skills like Excel, SEO, and E-Commerce, Management and Supervisory, Communication, and Business Essentials? 

The Richmond Hill Board of Trade has partnered with the Ontario Chamber of Commerce in their beta platform of the Skills Bridge Project. They’ve built an online Learning Management System for businesses like you and are looking for feedback on the platform and their custom created courses! 

Up until January 31, 2024, you can access over 20 courses in 7 curated Learning Pathways at no cost. As the platform features and courses will be updated regularly, there are also short voluntary surveys that will allow the OCC to collect your feedback to better understand and meet your training needs.
