RHBOT AGM 2020 - MEMBERS ONLY

Description

The Annual General Meeting of the Richmond Hill Board of Trade has been scheduled for August 20, 2020.  Our bylaws require us to hold our AGM in person. However, the province has recently made changes to the Corporations Act that allow us to hold an online meeting, because of concerns about crowd size etc.

Based on this new guidance, the Board of Directors has advised us to make the switch to a virtual meeting that will allow more of our members to comfortably take part. Therefore our Annual General Meeting this year will be held via a Zoom conference call.
We will also be broadcasting the meeting on Facebook Live for non-voting observers.

If you are a member in good standing of the Richmond Hill Board of Trade, please indicate your intention to participate in the August 20^th, 5:00 p.m. call.  Prior to the meeting, you will receive a custom Zoom link allowing you to take part in the voting portion of the meeting.
