RHBOT Summer Party and Annual General Meeting 2021

Description

THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE RICHMOND HILL BOARD OF TRADE will be held on Wednesday, August 18, 2021, at the Richmond Hill Centre for the Performing Arts - 10268 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill, ON L4C 3B7. The event will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
 
Please note that Public Health guidelines on in-person meeting will be followed during the event. In the event that health concerns override our bylaw requirements this meeting may be moved to Zoom and shared on Facebook. Notice of any required change will be sent out 14 days prior to the AGM.
 
Our bylaws require a quorum (at least 25) of members for this event. Please RSVP if you are able to attend.
