Description
The Annual General Meeting of the members of the Richmond Hill Board of Trade will be held from 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm in the Plaza Suite of the RHCPA. This part of the evening is for RHBOT Members ONLY.
AGM Agenda
- Call to Order
- Receive Chair's report
- Approval of 2018 AGM minutes
- Receive the financial statements of the Corporation for the fiscal period ending March 31, 2019
- Approval of proposed changes to the bylaws of the Richmond Hill Board of Trade
- Elect new directors
- Swearing-in of new directors, and,
- Transact other business as may properly be brought before the meeting
- Adjournment
