The Annual General Meeting of the members of the Richmond Hill Board of Trade will be held from 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm in the Plaza Suite of the RHCPA. This part of the evening is for RHBOT Members ONLY.

Receive Chair's report
Approval of 2018 AGM minutes
Receive the financial statements of the Corporation for the fiscal period ending March 31, 2019
Approval of proposed changes to the bylaws of the Richmond Hill Board of Trade
Elect new directors
Swearing-in of new directors, and,
Transact other business as may properly be brought before the meeting
Adjournment
