Better Mental Health for Women in Business – It’s not about managing time
As women in business, we are often pressed for time.  Our calendar is often overflowing with professional and personal commitments, leaving us little time to care for our own well-being.  As striving to succeed in our work and our home life, we need to understand how to achieve our goals without damaging our health and increasing our risk of disability from stress-related illness such as anxiety, depression, dementia, Alzheimer’s, cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, cancer, and more.

In this short but powerful session, you will learn how chronic stress affects your mental health and your ability to succeed, and some simple but effective ways to lower your risk and improve your results.

Liz established Hale in 2012, where she works with women and men individually as well as in organizations to help them identify and address drivers of chronic stress in their work and personal lives.
