Karin Theron has a successful background that includes over 30 years of professional educational consulting career experience, including years of teaching in Elementary, Secondary Schools, (both public and private), Corporate and Adult Learning Specialist, including 15+ years in professional, personal, business and leadership development in the private sector..
 
As President and Co-Founder of Performance Excellence Management Consulting (Toronto, Ontario, 2000),  she is a popular presenter, go-to, advisor and mediator for business, government agencies, churches and schools throughout the world. She specializes in group-dynamics, diversity, cross-cultural-literacy, team-building, succession planning, intentional leadership, business development, collaborative, metric-based solutions for small, medium-sized businesses.
 
Karin’s consulting, coaching and educational clients have included a large number of public and private schools, churches, not-for-profits, small businesses, CEO’s across the country and around the world, including South Africa, Canada and the United States.
 
Corporate clients have included GE, Alstom, Maple Leaf Foods, Chorus Entertainment, The Kingbridge Centre, BWNYR, as well as numerous government agencies, law enforcement and fire & rescue services.
 
Karin received her four-year Higher Education Diploma, B..A.(Psychology), B.Ed (Honors) with specialties in therapeutic and developmental psychology, counseling as well as Adult Education and Educational Management.  She is the mother of two beautiful children, Alexander (13) and Suzanne (10). She lives with her husband JC in Holland Landing, Ontario and is a proud resident and contributor in the Southlakes Region in Canada.
