Guest Speaker: Rick Denley, "Leadership - Your Way". Nowadays we hear the term 'Leadership' everywhere. In social settings, sports and much more. Leadership is needed in all these areas of life. The question becomes not if and when you'll lead, but how you'll lead. This can be a complex question for some. Regardless of your experience, great leaders continue to strive to be the best they can, and bring the most value to those they lead.

Rick's engaging presentation begins with a question that resonates with the audience and is answered at the conclusion of the presentation. Rick combines his own personal and business leadership experiences to have the audience thinking of their current leadership experiences and styles, and how they may look to alter and improve them. Rick has over 25 years experience as a leader, in all walks of life. Sharing these in an enlightening and at times humourous way, the audience is sure to take away ideas to improve themselves, and thus those they lead.
