Rapid Testing Pick Up Form

The Richmond Hill Board of Trade will contact you regarding your rapid test pick up request, once your form has been submitted.

Your Screening Supervisor Designate will be required to watch a 5- minute instructional video on properly conducting the self screening, which can then be shared with all your employees.

If you are ordering refills, you MUST have reported your results as per the Province Antigen Screening Program Agreement.

Please DO NOT visit the pick-up location until you have heard from the Richmond Hill Board of Trade and have a confirmed appointment.

The current supply of Antigen Test Kits contain 5 test per box with a maximum 5 boxes.

Pick up between 10 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday (except statutory holidays).
